At incomekaro.in, we take great pride in the quality of our services and aim to provide you with a seamless experience across all accounting, financial, and secretarial solutions.

We constantly work to improve our processes and deliver the best possible support. If at any point you feel dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately—we will review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Guidelines

1. CRM Subscription

A. Before Signing the Agreement
  • Once a payment is made, login credentials are sent to the connector's registered email ID.
  • If the connector has not logged into the panel, they may request a refund within 2 days of receiving the credentials.
B. After Signing the Agreement
  • When the connector logs in and signs the agreement, the refund option is automatically closed.
  • If the connector still wishes to request a refund after signing, they may contact us through email at support@incomekaro.in or inform their Relationship Manager.
  • The case will then be escalated to concerned departments for review.

2. Service Fee Refund Policy

Preliminary Assessment: Before approving any refund, incomekaro.in reserves the right to make every reasonable effort to complete the service.

Cancellation Deductions:
  • If the customer decides to cancel the service, a 30% cancellation fee + earned fee + any government fees + Service fee paid will be deducted.
  • In cases where the customer chooses to switch to another service, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Refund Limits:
  • All refunds will be subject to a minimum deduction of 30%.
  • If our team has already spent significant time or resources on the case, those costs will be deducted based on reasonable judgment.
  • Under all circumstances, incomekaro.in will refund a maximum of up to 70% of the total amount paid.

3. Penalties or Government Taxes

  • incomekaro.in acts solely as a service provider.
  • We are responsible for preparing required documents and filings.
  • However, the client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information submitted.

Important: incomekaro.in will not pay any penalties, fines, or government taxes on behalf of any client.

Any additional costs incurred outside the agreed scope will also not be borne by incomekaro.in.

4. Factors Beyond Our Control

Some outcomes depend on external authorities and cannot be guaranteed. For example:

  • A government department may reject an application due to legal or technical reasons.
  • Delays may occur due to government backlogs or technical issues on portals such as MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI, etc.
  • Services rendered by external Associates not employed by incomekaro.in are not covered under warranty.

Refund Implications: Such events are outside our control and cannot be considered grounds for a refund.

5. Force Majeure

incomekaro.in will not be held liable for delays or inability to deliver services due to events beyond reasonable control. These may include (but are not limited to):

  • Natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake
  • Pandemics
  • War, terrorism
  • Strikes, lockouts
  • Government actions
  • System failures
  • Any other unforeseeable event that disrupts normal operations

Policy Impact: Such circumstances do not constitute a breach of policy and do not qualify for refunds.
